Not for profit organizations need professional photography too! When you hire a professional photographer shoot an event or take headshots of the staff, you are going to have beautiful images to help you tell the story of your organization. The better storytelling you do as an organization, the better visibility you will have for funding and outreach.

Angie Brantley, the Director of TenThirtyFive understands this need, and I have had the pleasure of capturing images for their events several times. Keep reading for more about her story.

Meet Angie Brantley, Director of TenThirtyFive, an upscale thrift store and boutique which partners with the community to instill confidence, dignity, and worth through mentorship and fashion for at-risk young women.

She is a Nashville native, mom to two boys, wife to Cole and lover of all things Halloween.

Angie leads  a small and mighty crew. With a staff of 6 and a board of 5, they have tackled more than they could have imagined in the last 3 years since opening TenThirtyFive. TenThirtyFive opened in 2019 out of a 17x7 mobile that acted as a mobile boutique. They quickly grew to open their first brick and mortar in 2020. TenThirtyFive has served over 1500 youth and women with quality clothing and mentorship since that time.

Angie says that now looking back on the years of dating and navigating high school, she can see the many ways that she let other people define her worth. Either through bad boyfriends or those that she thought were friends. Fast forward to a social services career in juvenile court and seeing many young women making choices based on the same, the seed of TenThirtyFive was born. It was created so that young women could be reminded of their worth and find a better sense of confidence in who they are.

⭐️Here’s what Angie  had to say about her experience with JMP:

“Jessica is such a champion for women and giving them the confidence to feel their best. It shows in the smiles of the people she photographs. She truly is a joy to work with.”
